Our Culture

Turning our purpose into reality starts with our employee experience. Our 1,400 colleagues are primarily based in the US or Ireland, and work in one of our offices, remotely, or a hybrid of the two. We create an environment of belonging, supporting, and encouraging continuous development. For us, it's important that everyone can be themselves and can grow to achieve their full potential.

The work we do is serious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We have a fun work environment with a real family feel. Our people managers are excellent, and our geographically diverse team can collaborate effectively and stay in touch via our fantastic internal social media platform. Thanks to our vibrant Employee Engagement Committee we have regular events (virtual and in person), from social and sports events to charity and fundraising activities. Our community and charity partnerships are important to us and range from fundraising for Autism Assistance Dogs and sponsoring the St Patrick’s Day Parade, to supporting causes that matter to our colleagues like Earth Day clean ups, Darkness into Light events to support mental health and wellbeing, and partnering with WLR FM on Entwined a LGBTQIA+ podcast.
