We have full time opportunities available with the option to work from home or from our Waterford city office. We are looking for candidates with a passion for providing an excellent client experience. Our hours of operation are Monday – Sundays with core hours between 8am – 12am. We have several shifts within those times and your shift preferences and availability will be considered during the recruitment process.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform non-clinical screening to ensure patients are seen by the right physician at the right time
    • Review appointment information with patients
    • Provide appointment itineraries
    • Address patient scheduling needs via inbound calls
    • Accurate data entry of patient’s information into various systems
    • Outbound calls to discharged patients (non-clinical)
    • Verify and review patients and families’ insurance coverage and benefit eligibility
    • Investigate, resolve, and document patient requests in a timely and efficient manner, and coordinate the delivery of these requests
    • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and physicians


  • Requirements:
    • Be customer/patient service centred
    • Exceptional time keeping
    • Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
    • Strong computer skills and experience with tracking and recording information and updating customer profiles/accounts
    • Internet access provided by a cable/fibre provider or other internet provider. Please note that DSL, satellite, and cellular/mobile hotspot are not permitted
    • A minimum internet download speed of 20 Mbps or above and an upload speed of 2 Mbps
    • If working remotely, a quiet, private, and appropriate home office space
