Job Summary:

An excellent opportunity has arisen in RelateCare/rigneydolphin Group as we are currently recruiting a full time HR Administrator to start work in January 2021!

The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the HR department with the implementation of group policies and procedures, as well as accurately maintaining all documentation associated with HR and personnel files. As the Group continues to grow, recruitment is one of the main focuses for 2021, the HR administrator is responsible for working with the team across all areas of recruitment from the advertising of vacancies, straight through to Day One Induction.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • All aspects of recruitment
  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates
  • Scheduling and Managing the Interview Process
  • Conduct initial induction to newly hired employees
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Provide advice and guidance to Team Leaders and Line Managers on best practice, including implementation/updating of all employee related policies
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and files for every employee
  • To undertake counselling, appraisals, grievances and disciplinary action where appropriate
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Redesign and optimise current processes and drive a continuous improvement culture
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment etc)
  • Conduct initial induction to newly hired employees
  • Any other duties/projects as assigned to you by your line Manager

Reporting structure

  • Reporting to the Support Services Manager

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

  • Full Time; typical working week is 39 hours per week. Hours vary depending on business requirements.

Desirable Qualifications:

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing and interviewing required
  • Human Resources qualification
  • Experience in a similar role or working in a high pressure role with strict deadlines
