Job Summary:

An excellent opportunity has arisen in RelateCare/rigneydolphin Group as we are currently recruiting a full time Project Manager to start work in 2021! RelateCare provide the very best in patient access, telehealth, contact center and outsourcing solutions to healthcare organizations within the US and Ireland. Whilst rigneydolphin offer offsite solutions to help organisations maintain and improve the customer journey while reducing cost.

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, resources, and directing the completion of specific projects for the RelateCare/rigneydolphin Group while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.This role will require frequent visits to our offices, based in Waterford.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Manage all aspects of projects, from inception (initial scoping) and planning stages through final deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables and all project documentation (PID / Gannt etc)
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to internal and external team members and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Report, in a matrix framework, to a number of stakeholder groups.
  • Good communication (Presentation and Report writing) and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed oriented with a commitment to achieving quality results
  • Ownership mentality with good problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrable willingness to take on responsibility
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and critical path.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and issues with suitable contingency and mitigation plans.
  • Conduct project post implementation review and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Vendor management as appropriate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years Project Management Experience with relevant third level degree
  • PM Qualification (PRINCE2 / PMI / PMP) desirable

Salary: €30,000.00 per year
