Cleveland Clinic Innovations and Rigney Dolphin, an Irish contact center solutions company, announced a new joint venture company to help connect patients with their providers.
The company, RelateCare, will offer contact center solutions such as appointment management and post-discharge communication, as well as consulting services to healthcare organizations in Europe, Ireland and the United States. In addition, RelateCare will offer site visits to Cleveland Clinic’s call center to observe best practices.
The company aims to increase patients’ access to care, particularly preventive care, early intervention and education, according to the news release.
