RelateCare welcomes Linda McHugh (MT, MBA) to Consultancy team.

RelateCare are delighted to welcome Linda McHugh to the RelateCare and team. Linda joins RelateCare as an Independent Consultant and Advisor and we are excited to have Linda join our team of expert consultants.

Linda is a healthcare executive with extensive Human Resources experience in developing strategy to optimize an organization’s culture and support change management, with a proven track-record of expert-level consulting and critical thinking skills with over 30 years of progressive leadership positions. Linda has shown herself to be a dynamic leader with an outstanding record of achievement in a growth oriented health system, and we are delighted to see how she can bring this experience to bear on RelateCare’s mission to assist healthcare organizations improve patient access.

Linda has held multiple leadership roles within Cleveland Clinic. Most recently she served as the Chief Human Resource Officer. She has expertise in succession planning, talent review and leadership development planning which supports leaders at all levels in an organization. Linda has expertise in the implementation of a successful HR transformation strategy to align the function to achieve the goals of an organization. She understands the complexity of creating a centralized shared HR service supported with underlying technology and alignment of culture, values and behaviors at all locations in an organization.

Linda has deep knowledge of both physician practice management and hospital operations. She held increasingly responsible positions in an integrated physician led health system and was responsible for recruiting, managing and integrating multiple practices and hospital operations into a system.

Linda also served on the Board of Directors for Notre Dame Schools and currently serves on the Community Advisory Board of Cleveland State University.

Linda was recognized by the YWCA as a Women of Professional Leadership, Women for Economic Leadership & Development recognized her as an Agent of Change. Linda was featured Smart Business Magazine.

Linda holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Bowling Green State University.
