I called to make an appointment and figure out a few logistical pieces with some MyChart stuff. I have been on the phone for the past 25 minutes with one of your agents. He said his name was Lefteris. He was so spectacular, so fantastic, calm, understanding, and solution based. He figured out how to get me a telemedicine appointment this afternoon with a specific person. He maneuvered through all that and told me what to do later in the year for a follow up with another doctor. Everything he did was fantastic. He’s an amazing representative for UW Medicine.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Lefteris. He was very helpful in helping me to determine if doctors were still at UW and if there were still practicing and what kind of clinics there were in and what kinds of schedules they had. Just very pleasant to work with. It is hard to get good customer service nowadays and he was a pleasure. He was very patient and did not make me feel rushed. I let someone know how much I appreciated his customer service. He deserves a bonus or lunch. Again, thank you so much. I appreciate all his help.

I just wanted to brag about Pauline. I made an appointment with my doctor, and I talked to her. She set up two appointments for me. She was wonderful to talk to. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about her. I wish all the people who answered phones were like Pauline. Thanks so much, she is a big asset to UW as far as I am concerned.
