She was extremely friendly, courteous & empathetic as I was very upset to learn that our GP card application had been declined. She went above & beyond to look into our application in detail to see if she could assist me in any way in relation to same & on discovering I had omitted some relevant information she advised me on how to send in the amendments so that it could be processed again correctly. I think it’s very important to acknowledge excellent customer service, therefore I wish to thank Elaine for all her guidance & advice. She was an absolute pleasure to deal, has a lovely manner & is a very valuable asset to your organisation.
